How to spa

Please arrive 15 minutes early for any treatment in order to check in, change into a robe for your treatment and fill out/review our health questionnaire. Please remove all jewelry and undress to your level of comfort for your treatment. 

A light refreshment will be provided for your enjoyment.  Please inform your esthetician of any health concerns or allergies prior to your treatment.  If you are pregnant, please notify us in advance.

                                                                     Policies

We pride ourselves in providing you with the best care.  Please make yourself aware of our policies and procedures below. 

Booking appointments:   Please call 303-668-3892 to book all appointments.  A credit card is required at time of booking to hold all appointments.  We accept credit cards, Paypal, cash and Crowley Manor Spa gift certificates. 

Gratuities:  Industry standards are 15-20 % but  left completely at your discretion. 

Late Policy:  When you book an appointment with us, this time is allocated  exclusively for you.  If you are late for an appointment you may choose to shorten your treatment, or reschedule for another day (however a 50% cancellation charge will apply). 

Cancellation Policy:  We understand that you may have to cancel an appointment and ask that you please give us a 24-hour notification of cancellation.  Failure to do so, will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment. 

Series are exchangeable/not refundable:  When purchasing a series, you will enjoy a discounted price.  Due to this special offer, payment is to be made at the beginning of the series.  These series are not refundable but exchangeable for the outstanding amount for other spa services, should you choose. 

Gift Certificates/ Retail Products:  Hold a  monetary value regardless of the chosen treatment for the recipient and may be used for any of our services or retail products.  They may not be redeemed for cash. Retail products are not refundable.

Cell Phones:  We request that you please turn-off or set your cell phone to silent before entering the spa to preserve a tranquil setting. 

Personal belongings:  Please keep valuables at home or with during the time of service.  We are not responsible for lost belongings. 

General:  We retain the right to refuse service to anyone.  Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa.  Children between the ages of 12-18 must have parental consent to receive facials or other services.  Our facilities are available to clients with scheduled appointments only.
